Hey guys, here is the solution for skype crash problem in windows 7

Close Skype.
a. Right-click the Skype icon in the system tray (at the bottom right of the screen)
b. Choose Quit.

a. Click Start and then Run…
b. Type %appdata%\skype and click OK.
c. Delete the shared.xml file.
4. Restart Skype. The shared.xml file will be recreated.

The biggest question that people ask when starting their offline marketing business is where do I get clients. It’s the one major problem that holds people back. For a large majority of people they simply give up and decide there are no clients out there! How wrong it is to take this attitude.

Remember that a large percentage of businesses will be more than willing to talk to you. After all if you can bring in new clients and make them more money they want and need you.

Below is a list of some places you can find clients. This list is provide to as a starting point only:

Yellow Pages – you know that book that’s in your house. It has a list of businesses and phone numbers, we often call it the Holy Grail – why? Because it tells you so much. Open the book and look at the types of business that interest you. Look to see if they have a website – if they don’t and you wish to sell websites then this could be a hot prospect to call. If they do have a website have a look and see what it’s like. Can you find them using a simple keyword search – if you can’t you’re on your way to your first customer. Get a pen and paper, or open up a spreadsheet and begin to record the companies you find.

Craigslist – an ugly looking site but a great place to either place an ad, advertising your services or to look for potential businesses that might need marketing. However you do need to be careful as most ads say they do not want to receive emails of a commercial nature. However you might be able to email a graphic designer who designs websites and work alongside them to expand your services.

Adverts in local newspapers – another great place to either post your ad offering services or to find businesses along the lines of how you found companies in the golden pages. Remember those who advertise in the newspaper are actively looking for new business, so if you step in and offer them more business….

Trades People you already use – always use your warm market, the people you do business with. Your plumber, electrician, hair dresser. Since you already do business with them they are most likely to take your advice and use your service.

Remember the market is huge you just need to brainstorm and then get to work on contacting businesses!

Good time management will always involve a strategy or an action plan if you will. The following are the most common and as effective.

Prioritize your work

Rank the thing you must do for the day. Start with the most important and unpleasant then work you way down. The things that you think is not really needed immediately and not important can be done as the day wore on and if you have the time.

Assign work time frames for each.

Assigning work time frames for each task, even if it is not so realistic at first can give you a good idea later on regarding the a more realistic approach. The idea is to start it off and stick it out.

Be flexible.

It always happen that when you are trying to do a good job or start on a significant one that will have a drastic effect, sooner or later something crops up to derail your effort. Ask anyone who has succeeded and they will tell you the same. Allow extra time for the unexpected. It may not be as dramatic. Unnecessary interruptions like phone calls, mails, the do you have a minute thing, this all eats up your time and if it is not prioritize or given allowances, frustration grows.

Survive.

Limit giving in to temptation of engaging in small talk when priorities are set and being worked on. Respect you decision in planning and you are on your way.

Delegate.

Be realistic about the things that you can and can not do. Delegate the things that you must.

Floating work

There are tasks that you can do anywhere that doing them now will only complicate your main task at hand. Recognize them and do it on your flexible time.

Learn to compromise where it is necessary.

The importance and urgency of a task can change anytime of the day. Make adjustments and allow times for these. If there are things that has to be re prioritize, re scheduled, postponed and dropped altogether.

Accepting your limitations is a good idea anytime. There are tasks that you can not do now and there are tasks that you can learn to do better next time.

Learning to relax is the main point in all of these exercises. The main idea that makes time management very popular is the time it allows people to take control of their lives and have enough time left to enjoy things that matters most.

In today’s busy schedules, it is imperative that time are assigned into manageable blocks because there is simply no other viable option. The other choice will be like standing still in the middle of a crowd that is moving forward.

The eclipse is part of saros series 136, like the record-setting solar eclipse of July 11, 1991. The next event from this series will be on August 2, 2027.[4] The exceptional duration is a result of the moon being near perigee, with the apparent diameter of the moon 8% larger than the sun (magnitude 1.080) and the Earth being near aphelion[5] where the sun appears slightly smaller.

I’m not playing as an expert here but this article may help achieve your first $100 from Google Adsense. I did it in less than 4 months, not so fast but still faster than those other bloggers than already having their Adsense codes in their blogs for more than a year now but didn’t get any positive results, if you’re one of those i don’t intend to hurt you in any way. Just read on who knew after you implemented my ‘Google Adsense Tips & Tricks’ you will now achieve the $100 mimimum pay-out from Google Adsense.

1. Read the Google Adsense TOS thoroughly.
I think this is the most important tip i can give to any ‘Adsensers’ out there. I’ve read so many blog post entitled “My Adsense account is banned!” or “My Adsense account is suspended!” and they end up cursing Adsense to the highest degree possible but the truth is they don’t read the Term Of Service (TOS) and just signed up.

2. Patience is a Virtue
There is no quick bucks or instant money on the internet or if there’s any that promise you that, that’s probably a SCAM and just want to make money out of you.

3. Don’t Ever Click Your Own Ads.
This is the most unforgivable act you can do with your Adsense. They absolutely don’t tolerate it. Your blog, your name and your account will be banned forever.

4. Put the Ads Above the Fold.
Place the google adsense codes, into the upper part of your blog so that your readers/visitors can able to see it. Remember in Adsense they are paying for every click, if no one clicks on your ads you will have no earnings no matter how many millions visitors your blog is getting.

5. Blend the Ads Into Your Blog Template.
Make your ads appear to be ‘not ads at all’ so that you’re readers will not be annoyed by it. Match the color of the background, the links must be the same color you’re using. Don’t use any borders, it’s unnecessary. If you’re gonna be labeling it, the only allowed words is “Sponsored” or “Sponsored Links” they don’t allowed labels such as “Favorite Sites” “Click This” “Visit This Links” or any words that invite the users to click on the ads, they must click on their freewill.

6. Use the 336 x 280 Square Ad Format.
This is the most profitable size according to my personal experiences. Place it above the fold, before you’re blog posts. I’m using this trick on this blog.

7. Write on a Specific Niche.
I know not everybody will agree with me on this one, but it works for me. Remember Google bot is crawling into your content and display ads according to the topics you write on your blog. Think what ads will be displayed if you write about dogs today, Britney Spears tomorrow and golf techniques the other day.

8. In Adsense, Less is More.
In this ad program, they allow you to put up to 3 ‘Adsense for Content’ ads, 3 Link Ad Units, 2 Adsense for Search and unlimited Referral Ads (not sure!) but that doesn’t mean you will put all of this into your blog. In my blog, i’m using 2 Adsense for Content ads, 1 or 2 Link Ad Units, none or 1 Adsense for Search and I don’t put any Referral Ads from Adsense, i’m not good at any CPA based programs.

That’s it! Those we’re the things i’m using into my blogs, test it on your blogs too! who knows it might work.
